Cancellation and refund policy

Flexible: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Standard: up to 72 hours. Strict: up to 7 days.

The policy shown on the listing when you booked is the one that applies, and it is repeated on your booking confirmation.

If a provider cancels, or fails to confirm within 24 hours, you receive a full refund including the service fee.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing can take a few working days.
